In Paragraph 1, delete bullet point 4, there is no Part 4 in the book.

Chapter 5, Section 5.1.1 What is work in process?, page 95

In first diagram at the top of the page Average time it takes to complete each item should be Average number of items completed per time unit.

Chapter 5, Section 5.2.1 Context switching, page 100

Image at bottom of the page has been corrected and replaced.

Chapter 9, Section 9.3.1 A line of cards, page 202

In Bullet point 6, the entire bullet point should read: Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you're out of cards. The question will now be "Where should this card be placed in relation to the card already on the table?" and then place the card in the right slot depending on its estimated size.

Chapter 9, Section 9.3.2 Planning Poker, page 204

In graphic, the second card is 4, it should be 3, so the card numbers are: 13, 3, 8, 2.
